  1. Returns and Exchanges

At Aruhi Star Tech Trading (PC SPOT), we aim to provide high-quality products and services. If, for any specific reason (your product is defective, not working, out of box failure, damaged, or lost in transit), we offer a Returns and Exchanges policy to help you.

  1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 5 to a max of 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt via courier, whichever is longest (usually within 5 days after purchase if you use a courier to deliver).
  • The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged.
  • Any seals or shrink-wrap must be intact.
  • There may be a restocking charge allocated by the supplier/agent/seller, that can range from 5% to 25% or more of the purchase price.
  • We need to distinguish between:
    • Out of box failure - item does not perform as expected within 1 day of opening the box
    • Defective - does not perform as expected within warranty period, i.e. defectiveness only established after a period of use for prescribed purpose, within an allocated pre-determined supplier warranty period. Please check with us for warranty periods on items being purchased or purchased.
    • The above are the only 2 reasons allowed for returns and refund without restocking fee. All other reasons (wrong choice, not needed, bought by mistake, and the like) will incur a return shipping charge and a restocking fee.
  • The items received will be tested by the warranty owners to verify problem or situation of breakdown. Should item be found not to be defective or working as expected for intended purpose, courier fees bothways will be charged to return product to buyer.
  1. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Software, downloadable products, or virtual goods.
  • Items explicitly marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale.”
  • Sensitive electronic equipment or devices, once removed from packaging
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] within the specified return period.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  1. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking for your return. Aruhi Star Tech Trading is not responsible for items lost in transit.

  1. Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved:

  • For refunds: Your payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or via EFT. Refunds directly to credit card or bank transfer can take up to 14 days.
  • For exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you., once all fees are finalised.
  1. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will typically be processed within 20 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.
