Shipping Policy
Shipping is handled by third party courier services contracted on ad hoc basis.
Courier direct to Door: This service is at flat rate of R99 (for up to 5kg). If your package is over 5KG there is a fee of R15 per KG which will be added on and paid as ad hoc before delivery is booked.
Timeframe for delivery is 1 - 5 days.
Return merchandise shipping is also charged at above rates.
Courier is economy, door to door as standard service. We do not ship to P O Box addresses or PLOTS where no official street number is available.
A 2% insurance cover fee is applied on orders with a maximum of R2000 of value to cover transit, theft or damage costs (this fee is complementary).
For orders and items above R2000 is advised to be taken by the seller through their insurance agency.
Shipping is usually 1 - 3 days to main centers and 2 - 5 days to regional areas, after dispatch in Midrand.
On Products where Free Sipping applies, delivery timeframe may differ from the above.
